Before sending your counterlungs to Aquatec you must agree to the following terms.

Payment must clear before your lungs are returned. |

Lungs should be- clean, salt free and dry. Soiled lungs will not be accepted as they could damage our machinery. In the event of your lungs being considered too dirty we will contact you to discuss a solution, this will obviously greatly increase the timescale of the modification. |

You should remove- T-pieces and manual add buttons, you may leave the OPV in place. This greatly reduces shipping weight and your costs. |

No Warrantly is offered or implied with regards the original equipment. your lungs will not be subject to any testing and we accept no responsibility for performance after the modification. |

The modification is done by our skilled operatives, not machines! Some variation in consistancy is therefore to be expected but the quality of workmanship is guaranteed to function as advertised. For further details of the modification please call and discus it with us. |

Modifications to Life Support Equipment if done incorrectly could endanger your life and the life of others. This modification is conducted by us on the understanding that the equipment be inspected and any relavent testing carried out to ensure it is safe from defects which could pose any risk.. |

We offer a no quibble warranty on parts and labour associated to the modification but NOT the original equipment. Field Diving Ltd will redo and/or repair the modification should it fail under reasonable use circumstances. Work on items subject to signs of misuse, abuse or other circumstances Field Diving Ltd consider outside the scope of normal/fair usage will only be subject to a cost which you will bear. |

Sending us your lungs signifys you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, we reserve the right to return your lungs to you at your cost should they fail to meet the requirements laid out here, be damaged in any way that we consider further work on to be futile or dangerous or in a condition which is unhealthy or unpleasent for our staff to deal with (stinking of scallops is not acceptable) |

In the event of their being a delay in processing your lungs beyond the time specified in advance will will advise you and discuss options and a new timescale. |
Important- this is a 3rd party modification made for your convience, Aquatec & Field Diving Ltd cannot be held responsible for any impact the modification has on your rebreather.
Important- Mark both lungs with a label bearing your name, address, contact telephone number (and e-mail address) We will NOT loose your lungs but we do need to know who to return them to!
